Nuvarex Fylerix LLC offers a 14-day unconditional refund on all Bluemarkd subscription payments. If you are unsatisfied for any reason within 14 days of a charge, you are entitled to a full refund. No justification required.
Bluemarkd subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd., which acts as the Merchant of Record on behalf of Nuvarex Fylerix LLC. Your invoice is issued by Paddle.
Contact us within 14 days of the charge at billing@bluemarkd.com. Include your account email and approximate charge date. We respond within 1 business day. Refunds processed by Paddle within 5–10 business days.
You may cancel your subscription at any time via the link in the Paddle confirmation email. Access continues until end of the current paid period. No further charges after cancellation.
